To do that we clarify the legacy processes and systems that you currently use and analyze the technical setup needed to make the outcome that you want. We work to visualize the method and process. After analyzing your current processes and finding a comprehensive solution, we present you with an estimation of licenses and timeframe. Approval Workflows

Approval workflows within Loftware Cloud Essentials or Cloud Business  are highly configurable, catering to various business needs and processes. The Control Center allows organizations to define the hierarchy of approval steps for each default workflow, determining permissible transitions between steps. Documents uploaded to Document Storage within workflow-enabled folders initiate at the Draft step. Upon completion of initial layout and content, authors progress the file to the Request Approval step. Configured approvers receive email notifications prompting them to review and approve assigned files. Approvers have the option to reject files, triggering notifications for authors to make necessary changes, or approve them, advancing the files to the Approved step. Each workflow defines available steps and transitions, ensuring streamlined and auditable approval processes.

Offline Printing

While the Microsoft Azure cloud boasts high uptime percentages, unforeseen circumstances such as landline-related issues can potentially disrupt operations, risking product wastage. To mitigate such risks, Loftware offers offline printing capabilities, enabling users to print labels without requiring a connection to the Label Cloud for up to five days. Notably, all printing activities are logged in the Control Center, ensuring comprehensive tracking and traceability. In the event of an Internet connection failure, users can utilize the offline client for printing, with the print event log seamlessly synchronized with the Control Center upon reestablishing connection.

Supply Chain Printing

Solutions, such as Loftware Cloud Essentials or Business, facilitate seamless collaboration with suppliers and customers by providing them access to label printing functionalities as necessary. This capability significantly enhances supply chain visibility and fosters effective communication. Thereby, partners can efficiently design, approve, and delegate label printing tasks, whether they are located abroad or nearby. The partner organization implementing the Loftware Cloud solution typically initiates collaboration by extending invitations or provisioning accounts within the system. This involves the creation of user accounts tailored to the specific roles and responsibilities of each partner, ensuring secure and controlled access.
